Our Mission: To produce and empower committed followers of Jesus Christ in Spanish-speaking areas to reach the world.

I Needed the Quiet

I needed the quiet so He drew me aside.
Into the shadows where we could confide
Away from the bustle where all the day long.
I hurried and worried when active and strong.

I needed the quiet tho at first I rebelled
But gently, so gently, my cross He upheld
And whispered so sweetly of spiritual things.
Tho weaken in body, my spirit took wings
To heights never dreamed of when active all day.
He loved me so greatly He drew me away.

I needed the quiet. No prison my bed,
But a beautiful valley of blessing instead-
A place to grow richer in Jesus to hide.
I needed the quiet so He drew me aside

Do all you can with all you have and the time you have and the place you are.

(This was said by an eleven year-old African boy who died of AIDS).

Strong warriors for Jesus Christ,
men and women of faith, are not
created instantaneously; they do
not come forth mechanically; they
grow. No man has stood in a great
place who has not, by the grace of
God, stood in lesser ones before...
...To be a man or woman of faith requires training

    No Little People
We are carried on the shoulders of those
who cannot see the landscape we describe.
We owe them far more than our weight.

"How constantly, in the Scriptures, do we encounter such words as 'field,' 'seed,' 'sower,' 'reaper,' 'seed-time,' 'harvest'! Employing such metaphors interprets a fact of nature by a parable of grace. The field is the world and the good seed is the Word of God. Whether the Word be spoken or written, it is the power of God unto salvation. In our work of evangelism, the whole world is our field, every creature the object of effort and every book and tract, a seed of God."

"May God bless you with the foolishness to think you can make a difference in the world, so you will do the things which others say cannot be done."
